Woohoo, the MelindasBackups YouTube channel received 3 new subscribers in the last 24 hours.  We now have 600 subscribers!   Huzzah!

More subscribers means YouTube is more likely to suggest our channel and videos when someone searches YouTube for Melinda Doolittle.

Also, I have started suggesting people follow Melinda (mdoolittle) on twitter when I reply to comments.  Mostly I reply to comments when someone asks why didn't she get a record deal or why doesn't she have a CD out.  In case you haven't heard, users of Twitter buy more music than people who don't Twitter. 

As always, please remember to like, favorite or comment our YouTube videos when you watch.  It makes YouTube more likely to recommend our videos.   Thumbs Up

The MelindasBackups YouTube channel had 50 new subscribers in the last 6 months.  We now have 650 subscribers!   Super excited

How do you think you are getting the new subscribers?  Maybe Idology?

Idol must dislike Season 6 a lot!  None of them get on the Idol stage except for Jordin and once Blake.

I'm sure Idology is part of it but the uptick in subscribers started in late Nov / early Dec before Idology.  Maybe people had time over the holiday to watch YouTube videos?  Then starting in January, Idology helped out.  But she did Idology last year and I don't remember there being this much uptick.   Dunno

The YouTube channel has hit 800 subscribers. 

P.S. I'm not going to be doing much with the YouTube channel for the indefinite future.  If anyone wants to help with it, please PM me.
